The event will shed light on how the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union shapes the balance between security of supply and the integration of energy markets across borders. Leading academics, practitioners, and policymakers will engage in an open dialogue on recent developments, challenges, and opportunities in this evolving field. Participants will gain fresh insights into how Europe can combine resilience, sustainability, and competitiveness while navigating a rapidly changing global energy landscape.
